The Patient module offers extensive information related to a patient’s clinical and financial information. A user can add, view, and edit general and visit-specific patient information through the Patient module. Learn How to Add or Search a Patient!
The patient chart allows the user to quickly access crucial patient information like insurance details, next appointment status, preferred pharmacy, vital signs, etc. In short, the patient chart offers a quick overview of a patient’s clinical and financial situation.
The financial tab in the patient module gives an overview of a patient’s financial records like pending amounts for the plan or patient, last payment date, payment history & financial visits. The demographic tab contains patient information in two main sections: Patient Demographic and Extra Info.
This tab within the Patient module contains patient information related to a patient’s insurance plans, while the documents tab contains all documents generated in and faxed, scanned, or imported into Practice EHR.
The Messages tab within the Patient module allows the practice to securely document conversations related to a specific patient, while the lab tab records imaging and lab results, physical therapy and even consults.
The Medication tab of the Patient module serves two main functions: ordering medication, reviewing current medications and adding any data related to allergies.
The Reports module is an extensive library that tracks and stores all the data exported from or imported into Practice EHR. Specific reports can be generated using the General Reports module.

The Scheduling module allows the user to create slots for a provider within the practice and book or schedule appointments for the patient against the available slots at a specific time on a particular day.
The Calendar tab provides access to created slots or scheduled appointments for a specific day. The search tab facilitates filters to access specific slots for the required action.
The Scheduling Day Sheet is where all information related to patient appointments is reported. The Wait List tab is used alongside the patient portal. The Schedule tab is used to set up a master schedule or slots at the beginning of the scheduling process.
The Administration section in the Setup module includes various tools for managing and customizing the practice's environment based on specific needs.
The Profiles section of the Setup module allows the user to access some important features to customize the profile according to the practices' requirements.
The Billing module manages claim submission and follow-up processes essential to a medical practice's financial health. Users can use it to submit or review pending claims and follow up with patients or insurance plans as needed.

The Plan Follow-Up tab in the Billing module lists insurance claims over 30 days old, including denied, underpaid, or incorrectly processed claims. The Patient Follow-Up tab lists outstanding patient balances over 30 days old.
