No, you don’t need to install any specific software or hardware. Practice EHR is a cloud-based solution, which means all you need is a desktop or laptop with Google Chrome. We’re also iPad friendly and have an iPad app available.

Our team will assist you with migrating your patient data into Practice EHR. All you’ll need is to have your patient data (i.e. demographics, insurance, etc.) in a transferable format (i.e. Excel, CSV or PDF file) and we’ll take care of the rest.

On average, implementation is completed within six to eight weeks. However, the amount of time it takes can vary based on the needs of our customer and how quickly they want to get started.

There are implementation and training fees. Customer support is free.

No, we are transparent about all of our fees. Practice EHR comes fully loaded with the features you’ll need to run your practice, and includes free support. Any additional fees may be related to implementation, training and specific feature functionality, which we’ve marked with an asterisk (*) on our pricing page.

Practice EHR offers an integrated billing solution, Practice EHR + PM, and our Practice EHR clearinghouse. This automates and simplifies billing processes for your practice. With Practice EHR + PM you can automatically submit and manage claims from within the software. We also offer a comprehensive billing dashboard that gives your practice a clear view of financial health and performance.
