Did you know that a recent EHR report found that practices spend, on average, $1,200 per year per user on their EHR system? Implementation is a crucial part of this process, which can ensure that the investment...
We are thrilled to announce that our own CEO, Khurshid Mughal, has been named a finalist for the 2019 D CEO’s Excellence in Healthcare Awards. The awards program recognizes outstanding industry CEOs, practitioners, and other innovative industry leaders. Practice EHR has been recognized in the category of Achievement in Medical Devices/Technology. Winners will be announced November 19.
Practice EHR was founded by Mughal in 2014, when he realized a void in healthcare information technology. Passionate about workflow automation and user-friendly technology, Mughal started Practice EHR to provide cloud-based, efficient solutions and increase the bottom line for medical practices.
Mughal understands that medicine is complicated but believes operating a medical practice doesn’t have to be. He saw that medical practices lose money due to expensive, complicated systems that are inefficient. He learned that these inefficiencies frustrate physicians because it takes time away from seeing and treating their patients. Therefore, he designed Practice EHR to support medical practices of all sizes and specialties by simplifying workflows and automating processes, which ultimately translates to increased efficiency, accuracy and practice profitability. This comprehensive and integrated cloud-based software solution provides electronic health records, practice management and revenue cycle management to practices of all sizes.
With Practice EHR, providers get a system built for their specialty with templates and codes that are relevant to their practice. The workflow is smooth and intuitive so providers and their staff can complete tasks much faster. Physicians and billers have confidence, with Practice EHR’s automated claim scrubbing, that inaccurate charges will instantly be flagged for review, reducing the risk of claim rejection and improving overall claim processing. Specialty-specific templates, intuitive workflows and automated claim scrubbing are just some of the benefits of using Practice EHR that translate to increased efficiency and reimbursements.
At Practice EHR, we know our technology provides an innovative solution to physicians looking to treat patients effectively and run a financially sound practice. We are honored that D CEO Magazine recognized Practice EHR as a finalist, and we look forward to providing an update in November.
